Juel Paul is PhD candidate in the Department of Geomatics Engineering and Land Management, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. She holds a BSc. in Geology from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and a MSc in Geoinformatics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Her current research involves the use of GIS in assessing the spatial accessibility in public health care in Trinidad and Tobago. Juel is also a member of executive committee of the Geographical Information Systems Society of Trinidad and Tobago (GISSTT).
