Welcome to URISA’s 2016 Caribbean GIS Conference! The conference showcases technology solutions, research, and effective practices for GIS applications in the Caribbean. Network with students, young professionals, managers and those who are leading the adoption of  GIS in the Caribbean. Follow the #CaribbeanGIS hashtag for updates and announcements. Missing Maps MeetUp - GIS Professionals Giving Back!

Put your GIS skills to good use at the URISA Caribbean GIS Mapathon. This evening activity (snacks will be provided) will support Missing Maps and the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT). 

Participants should bring a laptop and have some basic familiarity with OpenStreetMap. 
Projects for the mapathon has been finalized and include areas in Barbados, St Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG), and Grenada.
